Follow the steps below to unblock someone on Facebook using your computer:
Open a web browser on your computer.
Go to the Facebook web page and log in with your account.
Click on the drop-down icon at the top-right of the page.
Select “Settings & privacy” and click on “Settings.”
Click on “Blocking” in the left sidebar.
Click “Edit” to the left of “Blocked users.”
Click on “See your blocked list.”
Click “Unblock” next to the profile of the person you want to unblock.
Click on “Confirm” to unblock the person.
After clicking Confirm, that person will be successfully unblocked and they will now be able to message you, view posts on your timeline, like, comment, and share your posts.

Follow the steps below to unblock someone on Facebook using the Facebook app on your phone:
Open the Facebook app on your mobile device.
On Android, tap on the three vertical lines at the top-right of the homepage.
On iPhone, three vertical lines are in the lower-right corner.
Scroll down to the end and tap on “Settings & privacy” and tap on “Settings.”
Scroll down and find “Blocking” then tap on it.
Tap “Unblock” next to the profile of the person you want to unblock.
Tap “Unblock” again to confirm blocking.
