How to Log Out of Twitter on iPhone, Android, Desktop, or Web

In this article, I’m going to show you how to log out of Twitter on desktop and mobile devices, as well as how to log out of all sessions at once.

How to Log Out of Twitter on Desktop

Follow the steps below to log out of Twitter on your computer:

Open a web browser on your computer.

Go to the Twitter web app and log in with your Twitter account.

Click the three horizontal dots at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Click on “Log out [@username]” from the options that appear.

Click on the “Log out” button from the popup window.

How to Log Out of Twitter on Mobile

Follow the steps below to log out of Twitter using the Twitter mobile app on your Android or iPhone:

Open the Twitter app on your mobile device.

Tap on your profile circle picture in the top-left corner.

Tap on “Settings and privacy” in the menu that appears.

Tap on “Your account.”

Tap on “Account information.”

Tap “Log out” at the bottom.

Again, tap on “Log out” in the popup that appears.

Note: Before that, make sure to update your Twitter app as it might not support some older versions.

How to Log Out of Twitter on All Sessions

You can also log out of Twitter on all devices at once.

Let’s see how to do that.

Open the Twitter app on your mobile device.

Tap on your profile picture in the top-left corner.

Tap on “Settings and privacy” in the menu that appears.

Tap on “Security and account access.”

Tap on “Apps and sessions.”

Tap on “Sessions.”

Tap on “Log out of all other sessions.”

Tap on the “Log out” button in the popup that appears.
